A Tag

Well, here's a post for everyone in which I did not think.

Qui tagged me. :) (I'm loving your new design, BTW!)

The Rules:
1) Post these rules.
2) Post 11 random things about yourself.
3) Answer the questions the tagger set for you in their post.
4) Create 11 new questions for the people you tag to answer.
5) Go to their blog and tell them they’ve been tagged.
6) No cop-outs in the tagging section like, “If you are reading this” or “if you follow me”. You have to legitimately tag people!

11 Random things about myself:

1.) I'm not even supposed to be on the computer since I'm supposed to be on a media fast until Wednesday.

2.) I fail at media fasts. :(

3.) I got my upper braces on Wednesday. I wasn't in any pain, but my mouth is getting rubbed by the braces, so I'm using a ton of wax. (Thank God for wax)

4.) I'm procrastinating at calling our church secretary about the Business Meeting on Sunday night.

5.) I have a job working at my church on Friday nights.

6.) Cinderella begins in eight days!!!!!!

7.) I'm going to be a nurse.

8.) I am in love with Connor Walsh's (Houston Ballet principal) eyes. <3 (go look him up!!! *swoon*)

9.) I like saying swoon instead of faint.

10.) My last name is currently Darcy.

11.) I still don't have my driving permit.

Now the questions I have to answer:

1.) Single, taken, or I could care less?
I'm taken by the guy God has picked out for me, but I'm single because I don't know who he is, and I'm okay with that.

2.) Favorite book series
Ummmmmmmm.......................I don't know.

3.) Last song you listened to.
One from the Cinderella Ballet. xD Alive by Natalie Grant is the last one on my iPod that I listened to (great song, BTW)

4.) Ideal marrying age?
Early to middle 20s, in my opinion

5.) Facebook: yay or nay?
Yay, but it can be really, really time-consuming.

6.) Tumblr: Yay or nay?
Nay

7.) Fanfiction: yay or nay?
Yay, but right now I'm more of a reader than a writer. *cough*Fallon!*cough*

8.) Favorite ship?
Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet, currently.

9.) Which Star Wars is your favorite?
Attack of the Clones, with The Empire Strikes Back a close second.

10.) What do you want to major in in college?
Nursing

11.) Would you rather sneeze a fish every time you meet someone new, or sprout worms out of your ears every time you burped?
Neither! But I'd go with the worms.
My questions for you:
1) Australia or New Zealand?
2) Modesty: important or annoying?
3) Sunshine or clouds?
4) Would you rather go a week without the internet or a week without reading?
5) Favorite movie heroine?
6) Favorite First Lady?
7) Pink or purple?
8) How many kids do you want?
9) What is something you are passionate about that is considered to be controversial?
10) Prequels or Originals?
11) Do you have a purity ring?

I Have No Idea

I have absolutely no idea on what to post about. My life is quite boring, as it currently consists of school, chores, drama rehearsals, and tiny snatches of reading. My mom brought home a large stack of books I had put on hold at the library and she told my sister that she's not sure how I'll make it through college with all the time I spend reading.
However, she is not aware that I am hardly reading anything due to my school load, although I am making an effort to read.
I began Great Expectations by Charles Dickens yesterday (it's my current British Literature book) and I'm enjoying it. We were all scared to begin it, as all of my classmates excepting one read A Tale of Two Cities in World History last year and we could not stand it. I'm not sure why I'm liking this one, except perhaps it's because it's written in first person. We shall see if my feelings remain the same throughout the book. ;)

Performances of Cinderella/my birthday are in exactly eleven days. Eleven days. Eleven days until I leave behind the mostly-horrid-but-blessed year of being sixteen. I'm very much looking forward to being seventeen and having a fresh start. I will be writing a post on my past year and what I'm looking forward to in my seventeenth year (including a 17-Before-17 list, IF I can think of anything).

So, comment and let me know what you want me to post on; I can do almost anything. As you can see, I'm desperate. Hehe.

Love

Mr. Darcy. That is all.

For my British Literature co-op class, we're reading Pride and Prejudice. Last night, we went to a classmate's home to watch the 2005 version of Pride and Prejudice.

Oh my force.

I am in love with Mr. Darcy.

Needless to say, I am on a huge Darcy/Elizabeth Bennet/Pride and Prejudice/Jane Austen high and I doubt I will ever really come down. My birthday list will be really, really easy this year.

All of the movies relating to Jane Austen (BBC and "Hollywood")
All of the Austen books (excepting Pride and Prejudice, as I own it)
Pride and Prejudice book charm
The Phantom of the Opera soundtrack
Pride and Prejudice soundtrack
Queen shirt from Her Universe
Naboo Symbol earrings from Her Universe
Money for Star Wars Insider magazine subscription
Books that were on my Christmas list

That's pretty much it.

Back to school, laundry, and more Pride and Prejudice!!!!!!

Love,
Endor

Jesus Heals

So, ummmmmm, I really don't know how to say this, but I'll go ahead and just put it out there.

My dad sat us all done last night and told us he and my mom are separating. He no longer loves her, but is just separating for now. My mom has told us several times that this is not what she wants, and she still loves him, but is willing to let him go out on his own for a while. We're praying for and believing that God will heal and restore. My sister keeps talking about if he comes home, but I'm saying when he comes.
He has an apartment five miles from our house so we can visit a lot. I don't really want to visit.
My mom told us that our pastors have been crazy supportive and that they can't wait to talk with us. We might be seeing our head pastor today. We had our pastors, former pastors (who are retired), and close friends of my mom praying and when they pray, things happen.

This is where y'all can come in: praying.
-pray for restoration
-pray for healing
-pray for peace
-pray for our health (I feel sick and I haven't been eating much, which I can't afford to do because of my health)
-pray for satan's power over my dad to vanish
-pray that my mom will find a good part-time job that will pay her well, yet enable her to be home with us a lot
-pray for my siblings to listen to me during the day while I'm overseeing their school work and getting mine done

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make straight your paths." -Proverbs 3:5-6

:)

It's Endor! :D
I'm starting fresh. Because I can and because I've changed a lot since I first started the other blog. I probably won't be posting as much as I used to, but that's okay. When I do post, it'll be something worth your time reading (I hope).

Let's all see how this thing works out!
